DO EYELASH EXTENSIONS DAMAGE YOUR NATURAL LASHES?
Absolutely not...As long as the extensions are applied safely & correctly! It is important to have them done by a professional who will guide you on the correct length & thickness to ensure no damage to the natural lash and applied individually to each natural lash.
HOW LONG DO EYELASH EXTENSIONS LAST?
You have a 90 day lash cycle, loosing on average 2-3 natural lashes per day. Depending on how well you look after your lashes, after 2-3 weeks you will need an infill. Or it can take around 6 weeks if you wish for all of your extensions to fall out naturally.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF APPLYING EYELASH EXTENSIONS?
After your consultation, the process starts by cleansing your natural lashes & lash line, we then apply a soft gel pad under your eyes to cover your bottom lashes, you can now close your eyes and start dreaming of having beautiful lashes...we then isolate one natural lash and apply an extension to each lash creating your desired look.
DO EYELASH EXTENSIONS HURT?
No!!...Most people find the process very relaxing and tend to fall asleep, waking up to beautiful lashes.

Once lashes have been applied you should not be able to feel them at all. They are extremely soft to touch and you should not feel any glue or irritation.
HOW DO I LOOKÂ AFTER MY EYELASH EXTENSIONS?
To get the best out of your extensions, you must not get them wet for first 24 hours after application. You should brush your lashes every day and keep them clean. find out more information on our 'tips & inspiration' page.
HOW DO IÂ REMOVE MY EYELASH EXTENSIONS?
If after 3 weeks you do not want an infill to top your lashes up, you must NOT pick your eyelashes out. It is advised to come back into the salon to have your lashes removed safely. However oil & steam at home can help soften the bond to allow the extensions to fall out without damage.
DO YOU OFFER OTHER SERVICES?
Yes we do...We offer eyebrow treatments, waxing, threading & brow lamination, all other lash treatments such as tinting and eyelash lifts, spray tanning & make up. We also have Ashli, our aesthetic & facial expert.

DO YOU APPLY TO THE TOP AND BOTTOM LASHES?
We only apply extensions to your top lashes. Some lash artists do bottom lashes, however we find they do not last for long and they can be quite irritating sticking to your top lashes and unable to rub underneath your eyes.
DO IÂ NEED TO HAVE A PATCH TEST?
Yes, if you have not had eyelash extensions with us before you will need to come in at least 24 hours prior to your appointment for a patch test. We place a couple of lashes to each eye with some adhesive which you must keep on for 24 hours.
DO YOU OFFER WEDDING/PARTY PACKAGES?
Yes we do!...We can tailor make your own unique packages and come to your venue or we can set up your party in the salon. We have a team of lash artists, beauty & make up artists to offer your whole beauty package. We even work with a hairdresser & aesthetician for an extended pamper!
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept cash & card payments. However we do charge a £1 fee for card transactions.
